Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Thryvaia, we are committed to delivering empowering coaching experiences that support your growth. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with Maltese and EU consumer law, if you purchase a coaching package or session online, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of booking without giving any reason.

If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made—unless you have requested for the service to begin within the 14-day period (see below).

If you request to begin your coaching sessions during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that:

You consent to services starting before the 14 days end, and
If the service is partially performed (e.g., one or more sessions used), a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions completed and deducted from your refund.
If the services are fully performed before the cooling-off period ends, you will lose the right to cancel.

2. Non-Refundable Policy After 14 Days

After the 14-day cooling-off period, all coaching packages and sessions become non-refundable, even if they remain unused or partially used.

This reflects the time, preparation, and commitment reserved for your coaching journey.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation of Sessions

You may reschedule or cancel an individual session via our online booking system up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, a €20 cancellation fee will apply. This must be paid before booking your next session or will be deducted from your package balance.

4. Missed or Unattended Sessions

Sessions missed without prior notice or rescheduling will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

5. Package Expiration

All coaching packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations (e.g., verified medical emergencies), refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

7. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session or package with Thryvaia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
