Welcome to Thryvaia. By accessing or using our website and booking any coaching session or package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Thryvaia

Thryvaia is a life coaching practice operated by Melissa Pace, a self-employed registered in Malta. All coaching services are provided online/remotely.

2. Eligibility (Age Requirement)

Thryvaia’s coaching services are intended for adults only.

By booking a session or purchasing a coaching package, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Thryvaia does not knowingly provide coaching services to individuals under the age of 18.

Any booking made by a person under 18 may be cancelled, and any sessions booked may be forfeited, at Thryvaia’s discretion.

3. Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process designed to support personal development, clarity, and wellbeing. Coaching services provided by Thryvaia:

Are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment
Do not replace professional mental health, psychological, or medical care

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

4. Booking & Payment

All sessions and packages must be booked via the online booking system
Full payment is required at the time of booking
Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may be updated from time to time

A booking confirmation will be sent upon successful payment.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by Thryvaia’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the website. By booking, you agree to that policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Attend sessions on time
Participate respectfully and honestly
Ensure a private, suitable environment for online sessions

Thryvaia is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s side.

7. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Thryvaia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate any coaching session or coaching plan where it is reasonably considered necessary.

This may include, but is not limited to, situations where:

the client breaches these Terms & Conditions;
the client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour;
the coaching relationship is no longer suitable or beneficial;
the client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Where services are cancelled by Thryvaia, any refunds (if applicable) will be handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where:

disclosure is required by law; or
there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thryvaia website, including text, branding, materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Thryvaia and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thryvaia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

participation in coaching services;
use of the website;
reliance on information provided during sessions.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with Thryvaia’s Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

Thryvaia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
